The Firm
Uttara Vaid Advisory Services LLP provides a neutral platform for the three pillars of India's general insurance industry: the insureds, the insurers and the brokers.
We deliver niche consultancy across placement insight for complex liability programmes, operational and product training, policy structure and design, coordination of global programmes, contractual reviews, and claims handling in liability and affinity.
Whether you are an insurer strengthening underwriting, a broker sharpening documentation and domain knowledge, or an insured refining risk transfer, our counsel is built on three decades at the sharp end of the market.
"The technical aspects need to come back into winning deals."
